We have recently made a difficult decision to end the technical service support of Neo Notes, in order to concentrate our resources to provide better service quality for our users.
We ask for your kind understanding, as it is inevitable for us to end our support for Neo Notes in our process of making various efforts to satisfy our users with a better service.
Now, you can use the same service more conveniently in our new app 'Neo Studio'.

* Please be informed that
- After December 31st, 2020, you can still access the Neo Notes app and use the service. However, technical support such as security updates or bug fixes will no longer be provided.
- You can still back up your data even after the technical support is ended.
How to safely back up handwritten data
Transfer data from Neo Notes to Google Drive by 31st December, 2020.
Please make sure you are connected to the network.
Please create a google account if you do not have one.
Open the menu from top left corner, select [Setting], then select [Authentication Center].
Swipe 'Google' to the right to ON then log in to your Google account.
Go back to the Settings page, select [Backup and Restore], then swipe 'Google Drive' to the right to ON.
Select [Backup and Restore] from the top left menu.
After selecting all notes from [My Library] at the bottom of the screen, click [Upload] and wait for the upload to complete.

* If you have your notes in the Notebox, upload it to Google Drive in the same way!
When the backup is complete, go to Google Drive and make sure the data has been backed up properly.
Connect to mobile app Neo Studio.
① Select [..] from the menu at the bottom of the screen
② Select [Import Neo Notes data]
You can now import your data backed up in Google Drive.

Search by Activities
The ‘Activity' tab allows users to see their
content by date in a calendar view. Go back to
a certain date to find your notes.
*Neo Notes will also remember the weather and
location to remind you of the environment in which
you were writing.

N2 automatically turns on once you start writing,
and turns off when it is left idle for the set amount
of time.
Offline Sync
N2 does not need to be connected to a smart
device to be used.
N2 will store your writing data in its internal
memory and send it to your smart device when
it is later connected. N2 can store up to
1,000 pages of handwritten notes, so you are free
to write without connecting N2 to your
smart device.
Change color and thickness

advance your drawing.

You can send your notes as PDF, image,
vector, and text files.

Lock Your Used Notebooks
Neo Smartpen Ink Refills
Lock your old notebooks so that you can use new
notebooks of the exact same type. You can lock and
archive your past notes in NoteBox to prevent overlapping notes.
When you're ready to use it again, simply unlock the notebook.
